[MS] I was approved for an ADA accommodation last week and I found out my coworkers know my condition and the accommodation.

Basically yesterday at work when I walked over to another area of my department my co workers said "I heard you got into a battle with (Manager) and you won" I asked what they meant they then went on to say they heard that my new schedule was exactly what my accommodation was and also said "They said you have a heart condition"

I didnt tell anyone this. No-one. So that leaves one other person who could have said something. My manager. Do I need to do anything about this?
