Indie song, sad, couple driving in the rain

I'm trying to find a song. Mid to late 2010s. Indie, sad, references the radio in the car. Girl is looking outside. Male voice.

The last line is something like "I shouldn't have let you go". The YouTube thumbnail has this cartoon drawing of a girl holding an umbrella. A small girl. Like in an illustrated book. And there's the word "Eyes" in the title.
