I need this girl so bad

every now and then I see this girl in the library or in the Starbucks cafe studying she’s Chinese (i think) and SO PRETTY the aura is out of the world. She uses the basic longchamp bag and recently switched to a brown tote bag and she always carries this pink Stanley around. I want to talk to her so badly but I’m so so scared since she looks so intimidating but seems so sweet. I don’t see her talking to much people but sometimes I see her studying with her other Asian friend (they both have blonde highlights in their hair) and she also has this cute strawberry computer case with her cute ass baby thing on her phone PLEASE SOMEONE KNOW WHO IM TALKING ABOUT AND SET ME UP PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!! I NEED. Just please give me advice on how to talk to girls.
