Package marked delivered on both fedex and eBay but no product in sight

I bought a pair of headphones like a week ish ago and got the notification “your package was delivered” lo and behold nothing was on my doorstep. Apparently signed by a DThomas who is an entire zip code away from me. FedEx won’t process anything because I “have the wrong information” and I double checked everything about my shipping info on eBay and everything is correct. eBay told me to wait a day then file a claim. What do I do?
