The single biggest upgrade that improved my AI results as a founder

I’ve been using AI heavily for content, strategy, and operations. Early on I was getting mediocre results and thought I just needed better tools.
Turned out the real bottleneck was how I was asking.
Once I started using structured frameworks instead of casual prompts, the quality jumped dramatically.
Example:
Weak: “Help me create a marketing plan”
Strong: Clear role + goals + constraints + format + examples
