WHAT HAPPENED to Gemini?!

Why is Gemini directly naming image files?! What have the engineers done?! I find this to be completely weird and unnatural, ChatGPT and Claude never explicitly named out filenames!

Can someone give me an explanation as to why Gemini is naming image files explicitly?! I’ll switch to Claude if Google doesn’t fix this.
