Quirk: stampede

Stampede is a powerful exponential growth quirk that when the user runs they get exponentially faster over time the longer they run as well as the wind around them will form horses that run with them the longer they run the more powerful the wind and wind horses get as well as the number of them growing.

The main weakness of this quirk are two factors:

1 the user has to gain the force through extended running they cant just run for a couple seconds and gain hypersonic speed and hurricane winds.

2. The user's stamina is not effected by the quirk meaning they will have to get tired eventually

A adrenaline junky obsessed with power and destruction viewing their quirk being strong as a god given right to do whatever they want
