Can mewing fix bulgy eyes?

Has anyone who mews seen changes to their eye area?

I have “bulgy fish eyes” due to genetics (I am Asian, F21), and have seen some say that mewing has made their eye area more prominent, which is the opposite of what I want. Has anyone been able to get more “sunken in” eyes with mewing?
