has anyone experienced a successful overnight remodel experience?

maybe it’s just my team/my supervisors but respectfully. this has been the most chaotic, bs, insane job i’ve worked. the communication and expectations are horrid. i feel like our supervisors and probably their higher ups bite off more than they can chew in one night. our remodel started in the beginning of may and we haven’t even finished 1/3rd of the store i believe and it’s due to be finished at the end of august. we keep losing people like crazy and hiring new people which honestly i understand because the amount of work does not equal the pay + more factors. i consider myself lucky that for majority of the project so far, ive been in apparel and that’s a whole other mess on its own, so i can’t imagine how other groups are doing with the heavier loads. i feel crazy for thinking this is how remodels ALWAYS go because it’s insane to me they think this is sustainable for remodeling projects. anyone experience this or experience a good outcome? i also understand that everyone takes it differently and maybe this isn’t for me but omg i could go on and on about it.
