Extra LANDR Goodies Not Activating with Reason+

Hey all,

I've gone back and forth using Reason for a few years now, and since 14 has released, I signed up for a Reason+ subscription to give it another shot. I know since LANDR bought Reason Studios, the subscription is supposed to include samples, plugins, mastering and distribution via ReasonLabs.

When I signed up, I got a code to activate all these goodies but I'm assuming since I already had a ReasonLabs account pre-LANDR, the prompt to enter this code isn't showing up, so I'm locked out of half of the reason I signed up for this in the first place. Has this happened to anyone else? I've been emailing support back and forth for a week with no solution in sight. I'm not even sure I'm talking to a human. Hopefully I won't need to ask for a refund.
