How do I start learning how to make music without wanting to rip my ears out

I want to learn how to create music so bad but everytime I load up FLStudio 5 minutes in and I feel like I've got a headache from the noises...or how do I push through and get comfortable with the system and how to male stuff if I'm getting constant headaches from the sounds
