What would be the best pension to invest my funds into please.

I have transferred my pension funds from Pensionbee to Interactive Investor and I was going to put it into the Vanguard Target Retirement 2035 plan. Would you consider this a good idea or is there better options.

I'm 56 years old in the UK.
