Acclimating/transferring shrimplets

I just received an order of 20 fire red cherry shrimps in the mail. 18 are alive and 1 is berried. I put them in a pitcher to start drip acclimating, and while staring at my new children noticed 4-5 tiny *tiny* gray little shrimp babies swimming around. They are absolutely minuscule, at first I thought it was dirt.

How on earth do I transfer them without dumping all of the water into the tank? I was planning on netting the shrimp in after the acclimation period. Would they even survive the transfer being this small?
