Is this a good deal?

So local dealer has a 2025 Model Y Performance for $40k out the door (I have an additional $5k in equity on a trade-in) so getting it for $35k OTD. 19k miles.

Seems pretty solid, what do you all think?

My first EV. Yes, I want the performance because ill regret not having it LOL
