I just received a very stinky journal cover.

Hi. I ordered a journal cover, and the seller took forever to ship. I should’ve cancelled.
I received it today, opened the well sealed mailer, and it reeks of cat urine!
I’ve opened a complaint with customer service.
I believe it’s vinyl.
I’ve tried clearing it with colorsafe cleaners and odor removers. Nothing has worked.
Any ideas please on removing this odor?
