Need a good skin clinic in pune / Pcmc

I’ve tried face washes, serums, scrubs nothing works. It’s mostly right under my nose (around the nostrils) and a bit on the chin. Looks like dirt is under the skin, like it's stained or something. Products just don't touch it.

I think I need a dermatologist or a clinical facial? But I don’t really know what they do. I just want my skin to look actually clean for once.

Can someone recommend a legit skin treatment clinic in PCMC (Pimpri-Chinchwad) that deals with this kind of thing? Not just for pimples or marks for deep cleaning that products can’t do.

Budget isn't crazy high but I’m willing to pay for results. Also, what should I even ask for? Deep pore cleaning? Extraction? Chemical peel?
