Who coined the term "MS hug"? And why did they name it such an infantilizing, minimizing name?

First time poster, big time chest pain woman (developed 2 humps as a result - so fun) 👋 found myself on the MS pathway after ignoring loads of nerve symptoms because I wanted to smash my way through my career like wreck it Ralph. I have spent years trying to seek help for this severe chest pain that is so sharp and painful it restricts my breathing and every movement hurts when it flares. I can't even turn over in bed. I've recently been told by pain management they think I'm experiencing the "MS hug". Basically I just want to say wtf? This pain is more like the "MS studded chain corset" if anything. I feel like the description minimizes it so much that I'm not 100% sure that's what is causing this pain. Does anyone else feel this way?
