Why am i facing so much better players?

For context: i started playing like a week ago and reached level 24. Im not good ik that, havent played any games in legit ages so im super rusty. Recently i started facing level 200+ players who obviously stomp me in both swiftplay and unrated. Is there a reason like unrated mmr? Or something going on, i tried playing on different servers with the same outcome (facing players WAY above my skill).

Im asking why is that? Is it just a “get better” or there is a legit reason for this?
