Hi everyone, I know we post about this game every day. As we all know, the last update changed the whole progression system, and the company promised rewards for making the jump. So far so good.

I claimed the rewards on my main account without issues. The problem is, when I tried to claim them on my secondary account, they never showed up in the shop.

I tried playing matches – nothing. Restarted the game – nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled – still nothing. Turned my device off and on every day trying to fix this.

When nothing worked, I contacted support. But as many of you know, they are not very effective.

Every single day since these rewards became "available", I've tried to claim them. Nothing. Tried contacting support again. Nothing. Today I've honestly run out of patience. Those rewards belong to me, but their answer is simply: "You already claimed them. Contact us from the affected account."

Seriously? That's it? Isn't there a way to get a real response to this?

I'm not coming here to ask Supercell support for help – I understand they have limitations. I'm asking the real people, the players who make up this community. I genuinely want help because this doesn't feel fair.

My guess is the system detects my device, my IP address, or something else and assumes I already claimed the rewards. Yes, I did – but on my other account. And worse: if I had claimed the rewards on my secondary account first, then my main would be the one locked out.

This situation is really frustrating for a player who has supported the game for a long time.

Does anyone know how to actually fix this? Thanks for reading.

Daily rewards from the XP update never appeared on my second account – support is useless
