What SRAM level 145 component do I need?

Good evening everyone, I'm currently playing an Air Sram in full Black Rat gear. I play solo/duo PvM only, and I'd like to change my gear and element to either:

- Earth (Meulou set)
- Earth/Air
- Earth/Fire (Soft Oak set)
I'd like some advice/feedback on the Sram class and what to play. I'm getting tired of full Air and I'm considering either full Earth or a dual-element build for more versatility.
Do you have any gear/set recommendations, and which element to choose?
I really like the Sram's Sneaky/Invisible abilities.
