newly disabled (got a strong medical team, good vibes are preferred to advice 😊) and learning to do plamt. its hard but its helping.

these are origanum syriacum (syrian oregano, lebanese oregano, zaatar oregano, bible hyssop) from seeds canada. the potting mix contains peat that's grown sustainably on a site, instead of removed from an ecosystem.

i expect the oregano to be slow growers and will add a cover to maintain some humidity. theyre getting a lil spritz daily with rainwater i collected from our last downpour...which was this week 😑

what are yall growing? how weird has your weather been?

\[ID: First photo is a close-up of a packet of seeds in maddox's hand. They are roughly the shape and color of caraway seeds but much smaller. Second photo: On the floor of maddox's balcony, on a cloudy day, is a huge black bag of Pro-Mix Premium Organic Seed Starting Mix. Also in frame, on the bottom shelf of a rack, are a pack of fifty McKenzie Jiffy Strips (seed cells), a package of Stay Green plant netting, and a pack of Safety 1st plug protectors. In the third photo, maddox has a tray of Jiffy Strips on his lap; two of the cells have soil in them. The fourth photo is a close-up of a white container of the seeds. Maddox is holding a pair of tweezers so that he can pick them up. In the last photo, the bottom rack had three Jiffy Strips trays total, all filled with soil. The rack above contains five very tiny terra cotta pots of soil, in saucers that have a few decorative pebbles in them. Maddox's iPad is on the floor of the balcony. End ID.\]
