keyholder demotion?

so i am aware that doing an excessive amount of voids , returns , anything on tills will get flagged in the system.

but, i am the best keyholder my store has &’ we don’t even have an ASM right now because the turnover is so high at my location. we have hired on &’ lost 6 people since march 20th.

so last week i had someone doing doordash &’ their card wouldn’t work, which turned into like 2-3 more dashers coming in trying to fulfill the order, turned out to be a weird not valid order, which is why payment wouldn’t process.
anyways -
i ended up having to void that transaction about 6-7 times total.
which in turn put me on this weeks report as overly voiding items,

but i find it very hard to believe that my title of keyholder was supposed to be removed for simply voiding too much especially when it was entirely out of my control. it’s not like i was double or triple scanning items.

is this normal?? or was i demoted for literally no reason
