Shipping issue with SpeedX

A buyer bought 2 items from me and bundled it. Vinted gave me one label and I packaged it and dropped it off at the SpeedX location.

A few days later I check the tracking only to see there was an error - Pickup Failure:Discrepancy in parcel quantity.

I don't understand this error since there is only one package.

What can I do if anything?
