About to live alone- any tips??

I (30F) am about to move out from living with my mom (family home, suburban area) and into my own apartment. I’ve only lived away from home in college. I’m staying in the same general area with the same job, but will be in a new town.

Do y’all have any tips or tricks for a first time solo inhabitant? Anything specific about living in an apartment is different than in a house? Anything you wish you’d been told earlier? I’m very excited but nervous! I appreciate any insight ❤️
