Two week trip

My teen daughters and I are going flying into STT in late July and staying two weeks. My older daughter just got scuba certified last summer (I’m a dive master), so diving is the first priority. We don’t shop much or drink at all. We love easy to moderate hiking, colonial architecture, being at the beach, and being poolside. Any recommendations for where we should go would be appreciated.
