I get a rush out of meeting someone new and always hope it becomes a long-term friendship. A connection is even better.

I’m in Illinois and while it would be fantastic if you are in the Midwest, I’m cool with anywhere in the US. It would be great to actually meet sometime if the vibe is right.

I work from home a few days a week and that provides some opportunities to yap. Many of my chats have been the short term variety. I prefer something more, so please, if real friendship is not your thing, then please pass me by. I’ll always make time for the right people.

I’m kind and a good listener. I value honest and genuine people and would enjoy connecting with someone similar. Music, movies, sports, pets, planting my flowers and being outside (road trips, hike and camp) and/or how your day is going. I’m good with all of it. Fall is my favorite season and it’s not close. Halloween should be a holiday - day off work and everything.
