Unable to progress any further

I chose not to hand over Ultra Violeta to Kaleidoscope in exchange for the prisoner. Additionally, I failed to take the picture of the "leaking animals" that Ignatz asked for, and I can't seem to repeat the action after the first attempt.

The problem is that I don't have any saves. Is there any way to progress further in the game?

I've also already consumed the very specific drink that Oskar Metamoto asked for, so I'm basically facing a dead end lol.
