New bike recommendations

I am thinking about buying a new bike I’m 5’7 about 30inch inseam max 32” according to canyon I’m XS is that correct?

Any recommendations on which bike? I don’t want to break the bank but ready to spend some money.

I ride a lot of city and riverbed here in Los Angeles. I am training for an Ironman now but don’t think I need a full on TT bike. Thank you in advance!
