Managers are freaking terfs man…

I work at Paper Source and I swear to god they are full of shit when it comes to the people they push up as managers. I had a previous manager that hated my ass only because I didn’t look feminine to whatever her standard was. I’ve even seen corporate big wigs prefer to go talk to super cutesy feminine girls but if you wear a t shirt you’re basically the ugly step sister. It just sucks so bad that a store that largely caters to women that might as well be JK Rowling bitches and screw all those that don’t fit the bill.
