Shellfish Allergy Food Spots

My mom and I are planning a trip for early December and we're planning a lavish food budget, but I'm having trouble finding great places for her that could accommodate her shellfish allergy (swimmy fish ok). Anywhere from brunch spots to fine dining would be very appreciated!

(She's very disappointed that we can't experience Mosquito Supper Club).
