Building PC and stuck

Asking for help for my teen. I am not well versed at all in building PCs.

She is building herself a gaming computer and she is stuck trying to install a Corsair RS120 ARGB 72.8 CFM 120 mm Fans 3-Pack. She doesn’t know anyone who has PC building expertise to ask for help. Does the manufacturer offer phone support for installation? Or is there an outside service I would need to hire?

Any and all suggestions are welcome!
