Taxi option other than G7?

We need to leave our hotel around 8am Saturday morning going to CDG. We have 2 kids and 4 suitcases so the metro would be tough. I tried to prebook on the G7 app but it won’t accept our payment and we only have Visa cards. Is there a workaround or another reliable service we can prebook? We can do Uber but I’m concerned about reliability/getting stuck in traffic.
