Is it okay to choose zoom over in person?

big law firm in DC wants to have a 3 hour interview (so i’m assuming I skipped the screener stage?). they said to let them know “if I prefer a virtual or in person interview”. in terms of dealing with my current job, logistics, financial, just everything, I would much much much prefer zoom. Does that like, significantly lower my chances or can I still reasonably get it over zoom?
