honest take with nanit vs owlet when your baby is a kicker baby

we have a 4 month baby who kicks a lot. we are looking at the nanit and the owlet. for parents who have a baby that moves around a lot which one works? does the nanit breathing detection work well without the band. we need something that can keep up with our baby.
