CSM Den-O Ver. 2 issue

I am playing around with my Den-O belt and I wanted to do the episode 28 henshin with the voices. I have looked at multiple places to check my steps but I’m not getting anything

-hold denliner button for bgm
-hold end call
-press denliner for momotaros voice lines
-ringing button
-pick up call
-henshin as usual
-no voice lines just bgm

Anyone got any ideas?
