Feeling really down..

I have converted a Tier 1 Non IIM which is a lower Tier 1. I feel useless as I couldn’t convert some better calls that I had. I thought of reattempting but all of my mentors advised me to take a drop only if I am very sure of reproducing the CAT score I had this time which is very tough.
I am a fresher and do not have a job in my hand as well. I feel like I am very behind and everybody is ahead of me. I do not know how to tackle this situation.
