It’s been a year

It is absolutely wild that I’ve been on this med for a year now. That is the only change I made. I didn’t do anything other than what I’ve been doing for the past ten years, intuitive eating my way through life. And yet, my body changed. I cannot believe how much we’re lied to about our bodies and our “responsibility” to “take care of it,” but my body needs this medicine to be a body that’s nice to live in. My pain is so much less, my body is stronger, I’m able to walk farther without worry. It’s amazing. I’m sad that it costs so much to live a good life tho.
