Why would anyone use an aiad

It makes no sense from a money standpoint there are people who will be mad if you use ai that will not buy or even care about the ad but there's maximum, like three people in the world who care if you don't use ai i mean, how much money could you possibly be paying people tell me where losing a bunch of customers loses less money than paying a few people
