47 [M4A] downtown - looking for a convenient casual discreet FWB

First off I must disclose that I am married, and what I'm doing here is the non-ethical kind of non-monogamy... but if you're okay with that, then great. Very nice to meet you. I'm really not such a bad guy... For the most part I'm a very normal and average guy... nice, safe, inoffensive... But I'm also more open-minded than most. I'm posting M4A here because while I do have a strong preference for women, I'm also interested in trying new things and exploring. If we click then we click and I'm going to roll with it.

Given my committed status, I need to be cautious and discreet. So understand that I'm not rushing into anything too quickly. I will need to get to know you a little bit. And I will appreciate the 'Friend' part of FWB as much as the 'Benefits' part. 

For the purposes of this FWB search, when I said 'convenient' I meant that I can't host and I need you to be in Toronto downtown or not too far. Also I won't be available evenings or weekends... this is weekdays only. But if that's convenient for both of us, then we can get together fairly often.  

Physically, I'm tall and good looking, muscular and in decent shape but not super ripped or anything.
