• Help plan and organize team projects
• Keep timelines and goals on track
• Check in with team members
• Help maintain structure and communication
• Assist leadership with day-to-day coordination

Talent Managers

• Work directly with creators
• Help organize ideas, content direction, and opportunities
• Maintain communication between creators and the team
• Assist with growth planning and consistency
• Support long-term creator development

Hiring Managers

• Help review applicants and onboard new members
• Organize role placements
• Maintain hiring structure
• Improve the recruitment process
• Work with leadership on team expansion

Compensation

• Base pay starting at $15/hour
• Additional commission opportunities available
• Increased opportunities based on performance and responsibility
