Where is the fifth willpower?

I'm trying to platinum this game, and the willpower trophy is the last one I need.

I've had 5 dreams, but I don't get the last one with the clock until I'm in the endgame loop that starts from a different location. Is that expected? What do I need to do to get the willpower associated with that dream?
