Cancelling Gym Membership

Hello

I am currently enrolled at EOS gym in San Diego and I asked if I could cancel my membership because I am moving(I am not)

They are now asking for proof of address in order to proceed with cancelling the membership?

I just want to move gyms and now they aren’t taking “no” for an answer.

What can I do to stop this and just cancel my damn membership?

They have emailed me this:

Thanks for getting in touch to cancel your personal training agreement due to a move, the new address must be more than 20 miles away from the closest EōS Fitness location. We’ll need some documents to make the process quick and easy. Acceptable proofs include:
A signed utility bill with your new address and a recent date.

A lease agreement with your name, the lessor’s name, and the address.
