Rain and winter ebike experience

Hey guys,

Looking if anyone has experience with using a Priority e-bike in harsh Canadian winter and also in super rainy areas like the west coast. For context, I have a Priority e-classic plus and live in Ottawa, Canada. It's been non stop electrical problems which seem to occur due to rain and snow exposure. In their defence, Priority has been amazing when it comes to customer service. Wondering if my bike is just a lemon (shit happens) or if there is a persistent ongoing problem with their electrical parts and systems. Any experience or advice would be appreciated!
