What’s the GIS situation in Ireland right now?

Hi there, I’m currently about to graduate from my MSc GIS degree from UCC and was wondering what the scale of pay is like for a GIS engineer in Ireland?
Is there a high threshold to earn a lot or is there a significant cap?
