Service/Repairs

Hi all,

I have a ball Trainmaster UTC with the 12hr second time zone hand in rose gold and a white face which I think is from around 2015. It was a very expensive watch at the time and I paid more than a Rolex for it. It is a really beautiful watch and frequently gets positive comments.

However, my tritium tubes are shot and need replacement. I cannot for the life of me find where to have it serviced. I have reached out to Ball dealers and contacted 2 of the authorized repair centers including the "Factory" repair center in Florida. I get zero response. I can't even get a dealer to write me back so I can buy one! I included Jeff Hess on the email with an email address I had from 2018.

About 7 years ago I had it serviced because it just stopped running and it took 4 tries to get it properly repaired.

I am very keen to buy another one but if there is no authorized service center or manufacturer support it just seems like it's not worth it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction here?
