Thoughts on hyosung gv125

i need some advice, i found this bike on facebook marketplace and im considering it because of the price point and the looks, for reference, the bike i own right now is the rusi classic 250i and ive had it for a few months albeit a second hand buy, but ive started considering it’s design and comfort (i’m not a cafe racer guy but i love a good classic bike).

i want to ask anyone that knows the hyosung motorcycle, from the searches ive done it seems to be a very reliable 125cc cruiser, i mostly do city riding so all the cruisers i see are a little too powerful for my small city, i live in mindanao where there are no expressways too so i just feel like a high cc cruiser will just be wasted(not to mention out of budget).

also, the motorcycle i saw is either in visayas or luzon so i also want to ask about how that process goes if anyone has experience buying a motorcycle off of someone and getting it shipped
