SpaceX IPO, Subscription, pre-order or Market buy or what?

So I got the T212 notification that we can pre-order SpaceX but I've seen some news articles about Revolut & eToro etc offering subscriptions? it sounds like those subscriptions are at the IPO price rather than market buy price when trading commences tomorrow which is what I believe T212 is offering?
