Could we clone the emperor?

Ok. Just hear me out. I know it’s illegal highly regulated dangerous technology. But at the same time the corpse moved! Ok theirs no denying that he moved. The guys maintaining the chair have said they are guessing at this point because it’s old tech they barely understood to begin with and it’s not like they can turn it off to study it. We clone him. The 40k’s most powerful psyker is back up and running and maybe we can start righting the ship before we need to switch him out with the corpse.
