Hotsprings Pulse - 30 A breaker tripping after running Jets on full.

I have a relative new (1 yr old) Hotsprings Pulse HotTub. The 30 Amp breaker seems to be tripping after using the jet 1&2 on high after about 10 mins of use (estimated).

How do I narrow down what is causing this and is this something that can be done DIY?
