Who's taking care of Rio?

Lauren was just in LA and now she's in London. Henny has been in Arizona (afaik), so did he fly back to Miami to take care of Rio? Is Rio just getting dumped on Lauren's parents for weeks at a time?

I feel like Lauren and Henny never liked being parents and now that they're separated, we're starting to see that mask slip even more. I feel so bad for Rio.
